Rosanna Meyer was very responsive, helpful, and does a great job for her clients. Although i was only renting she treated me like an owner. I have bought and sold 2 houses in my lifetime and now that I know Rosanna Meyer Realtor I would use her for buying, renting, or selling. Very nice and helpful.

My family worked with Meyer Realty for over 10 years on many real estate transactions. I realize that being not an easiest customer, I am sometimes difficult to satisfy but I will give this agency top ratings. I believe the owner, Rosanna, has some kind of luck in real estate business in addition to excellent work ethic. This helps to find good solutions regardless of market conditions. I lived in Florida for over 20 years and tried all different options in real estates sales and lease transactins, different agencies or goign on my own, but came to full acknowledgement of imporance of selecting good real estate agency. As an example last 6 months I was trying to become a home owner in Northern California but it was not very successful in absence of good advise from local real estate agent on how to close the transaction and also, I guess due to lack of luck that Rosanna has but the rest of us don't :)

I located an investment property and needed MLS details as soon as possible. I contacted Rosanna and she responded within minutes with details for us to make an immediate educated offer. Our initial offer was not accepted, but Rosanna had incite to uncover that all other offers were cash and therefore we could increase our offer slightly higher since the ROI was still favorable.
