We will strive to understand your needs and wants, communication preferences, availability of funds, timelines, risk tolerance and expected returns on your investment. If any other advisers are critical to your strategy we will coordinate with the appropriate professionals and assist in locating additional consultants as necessary.
We will follow up with you in a timely manner in order to outline our first meeting and provide you with any critical information you need to move forward with your investment strategy. Our goal at this stage is to establish open lines of communication and make you comfortable with our process. If necessary we will provide a detailed proposal outlining our services.
Resources and Analysis
We will share our available resources with you in order to support your investment objectives and to identify which resources are most valuable to you in making critical decisions. We will then create custom property analysis tools designed to present you with “Investment Opportunities” that meet your specific criteria.
We will start a comprehensive property search (commercial and/or residential income) and present you first with a more broad range of available properties while working towards a better understanding of your exact property criteria. As we gain a better understanding of your specific needs, we will strive to only present properties meeting your exact search criteria. Our property searches will query all available databases and include all property types including short sales, bank owned (REO) and lis pendens (pre-foreclosure), as well as non-foreclosure properties. We may even represent you at foreclosure auctions depending on your available resources and risk tolerance.
